- The speed that we can get information from the 'Key-Data Gold' is incredible. From the property, I can instantly
jump to the tenant and into their rentbook, or the landlord and bring up their accounts within seconds.
- The 'Key-Data Gold' product itself is packed full of amazing time saving features, but my favourite feature
has to be the response speed and quality of the 'Key-Data' support mechanisms. We can post questions onto a wonderful
support forum or through integrated email or of course telephone. The support team is amazing and their
knowledge of both their product and my business is superb!
- The 'Key-Data Gold' system has saved us a great deal of time through the production
of an automated landlord accounts statement. I can now produce a comprehensive
statement with one button click! All landlord collections are itemised and
totalled and all deductions are detailed and linked to the appropriate
contractor/supplier.
- When a property charge has been entered onto the 'Key-Data Gold' system, not only is
the item automatically deducted from the landlord, the item is entered into the
contractor/supplier management section which means I can easily manage who
needs paying, and also quickly generate trading histories for a given supplier.
Also when a supplier payment is made, I can also automatically generate remittance
advice to accompany the payment.
- Our previous system had no tenant collection/landlord payment cross checking
mechanism but now it is easy for us to see any outstanding rents/invoices and
errors do not happen!
- I love the way I can now generate VAT, and profit and commission reports between selected
dates. Previously we used a calculator to individually add up these deductions
(it took ages!), but the 'Key-Data Gold' system gives us the necessary figures
at the click of a button!
- Our marketing and general presentation has improved dramatically since the
implementation of the 'Key-Data Gold' system. We can now produce available
property listings in colour within seconds.
- Using 'Key-Data gold' in conjunction with our digital camera we have saved ourselves
a great deal on photographic costs. Additionally, we can now market a property
with a colour photo, within minutes of returning to the office, what a
service we can now offer our landlords!
- Letter writing and communication used to be a necessary chore but this is now handled
automatically by 'Key-Data Gold' in conjunction with Microsoft Word. I am now
notified when a letter should be written, and the letter generated with a single
button click!
- My favourite feature has to be the maintenance scheduler and diary. When I log-on
on the morning, I am told which events (tenancy re-newal letters, gas checks,
property inspections, landlord payments, rent collections etc etc) are due or
are becoming due. I can also manage the events in seconds.!
- 'Key-Data Gold' actually allows me to go on Holiday! Because the system is pretty much
fully automatic I now find that I can leave the office in full confidence that
my staff can handle our portfolio. I also know that should they require any
help they will call the 'Key-Data' technical support line (leaving me alone!).
