Our products Key-Data Gold for property letting and management and Key-Data Pathways for property sales, allow your agency to upload available property to the Internet with unsurpassed ease! Simply tell the system to update your site, select which site, and click the upload button! Typically this will be done on a daily basis, at the end of the working day...further information below.
There are three main ways that your agency NEEDS to
advertise available property on the 'NET' and our products fully automate the time-
consuming task of keeping your site current and up-to date.
Package 1 - Full web-site with portal uploading and property listings: £25.00 PCM
Package 2 - Property listings (where your main site is hosted elsewhere): £15.00 PCM (also includes portal uploading)
Package 3 - Unlimited portal unloading: £9.99 PCM

To help you with your agent site, we can offer you our 'Key-Data Internet Package' solution....This includes a fully-functional, professional web-site, domain registration, Internet hosting and email management plus the ability for your 'Key-Data' product to directly send information to your site to ensure it is current at all times.....Additionally applicants and other visitors to your site are able to generate and print detail sheets and use the 'multi-map' feature to generate location maps of matching property! All this for just £25.00 (plus VAT) PCM. This is surely a 'must have' feature to ensure that your 'Key-Data' product harnesses the on-line power of the Internet to bring you maximum returns with no extra work! Please note: Where you will be using 'Key-Data' software systems to
upload to your site 'Key-Data Systems' has to manage the
website hosting for your available property list, thus ensuring that set-up and site maintenance problems are minimised.
Our website hosting package costs from just £289.00 per annum.
Package 2 - Property listings (where your main site is hosted elsewhere): £15.00 pcm (also includes portal uploading)
If you currently have your own website, we can create a property search page for it that you can upload all your properties to simply with one click from your Key-Data product. No more typing up separate property listings for your website, with one click of a button from your software all the properties you want to display on your website are uploaded directly.
Package 3 - Unlimited portal unloading: £9.99 PCM
In addition to your own agent site, you may wish to upload your 'Key-Data' property information to one or more of the popular property portals. Registering with these sites ensures that your portfolio will be viewed by a large number of possible clients on both a National and an International level. 'Key-Data Systems' have partnerships with the market leading portals and can offer an automated upload procedure from within your 'Key-Data' product. Where you have taken out our 'Internet Services' package as detailed above, then automated uploading to these portals is free (although you will still need to pay the portals for displaying your properties). If you have not taken out our 'Internet Services' package then portal uploading is available for just £9.99 PCM.
To name but a few....any portal site upload functionality can be added where required.
