Our Statement regarding GDPR & Client Data: The following is regarding our obligations and concerns matters that are within our control. GDPR relates entirely to the holding of personal data. Key-Data Systems do not hold any personal data nor do we process any personal data belonging to our clients. The only data that we hold ourselves appertains directly about the company that is our client such as name and address and the name and contact details of the person that we use as a point of contact for that company. We do record support and training logs to ensure continuity of service, but nothing in those logs can be used to identify the person involved.
Key-Data Systems will never sell or give away any data belonging to our clients to third parties. Additionally, due to the technologies employed, we fully believe that the data stored by our products is safe and secure. Although our products are truly 'online' Key-Data Systems do not simply host client-data in an online database that may be easily compromised. All client data is maintained behind the full security of Windows and Linux servers. These servers are modern, well maintained and kept up-to-date with all operating system patches.
