Product Development: The original senior partner and system developer Glenn Greatwood, is the company Managing Director and he still heads up the development team. This gives Key-Data Systems a unique advantage over our competitors ensuring product consistency and reliably where many other property management software providers now sub-contract product development to third-parties.
Independence: The old adage 'Do not employ a poacher as your game-keeper' is as true today as it always has been. The fact that Key-Data Systems remain 100% independent is growing in importance every year. We do not work under any franchise agencies (although we do have clients that are part of franchises that prefer to use our system over the nominated franchise letting & management product), we work with, but are not controlled by, property advertising portals or media companies. We are not owned by or controlled by any holding company or large insurance company. Our clients' data remains secure and we do not pass on any information to third-parties without their knowledge. This gives our clients the assurance that we are at all times working 100% on their behalf to deliver a superior letting agent software system that meets both their immediate needs and their future requirements.
Power, Flexibility & Reliability: Key-Data Gold is fully online: Not just the database and web-browser based front-end, but all aspects of your business and related documents. This means that every aspect of your business is accessible from anywhere in real time. Additionally all this information is automatically backed up as you use the system with no additional costs (a fair usage data limit applies). All documentation generated by the system is fully customisable, all legal documentation is backed-up by the lettings legislation specialists 'Training for Professionals': http://www.tfponline.co.uk/.
Your Strength Through Our Independence: Can the company that currently supplies your property management system say all this? If not then why not contact Key-Data Systems today to find out what you are missing out on?
Our Statement regarding GDPR & Client Data: The following is regarding our obligations and concerns matters that are within our control. GDPR relates entirely to the holding of personal data. Key-Data Systems do not hold any personal data nor do we process any personal data belonging to our clients. The only data that we hold ourselves appertains directly about the company that is our client such as name and address and the name and contact details of the person that we use as a point of contact for that company. We do record support and training logs to ensure continuity of service, but nothing in those logs can be used to identify the person involved.
Key-Data Systems will never sell or give away any data belonging to our clients to third parties. Additionally, due to the technologies employed, we fully believe that the data stored by our products is safe and secure. Although our products are truly 'online' Key-Data Systems do not simply host client-data in an online database that may be easily compromised. All client data is maintained behind the full security of Windows and Linux servers. These servers are modern, well maintained and kept up-to-date with all operating system patches. Additionally our products offer several layers of system security within them, allowing managers to control system access on an individual employee basis.
Key-Data Systems may from time to time send out information on our company, products and additional services that we feel will be of benefit to our clients. This will always be relevant and in the best interests of our clients. We may occasionally send out marketing information to other businesses within our industry, but where this is done the marketing material allows for the recipient to easily block further correspondence from us if they do not find it appropriate or useful to them.
On a final note, Key-Data Systems have been around for 20 years and we aim to be around for a whole lot longer. However, if we did go out of business either voluntarily or arising from situations outside of our control, then our clients would continue to have full access to all their data, and information forever. We would not charge them for this as the data is theirs of course.
