I installed Key Data Gold a little while ago and I just wanted to say thank you.
Taking on Key Data Gold has been the best investment that I have made for my business and, as a cautious investor in such things, I consider it is the best value product of its type on the market-I am delighted with this product!
Firstly, I liked the fact there were no pushy sales pitches or demo visits; Melissa in the sales team was efficient and helpful and really listened to my needs for my growing business. I was given time to evaluate the product and the online demonstrations were an excellent way of assessing the product and reassuring myself that this was the right product for my business.
Secondly, I have never experienced a more helpful after-sales support service. Whilst there seemed to be many powerful software packages available, it struck me that without comprehensive training and after-sales support it would be almost impossible to use them to their full potential.
One of the reasons that I chose Key-Data Systems was that you were different to many other companies that I had contacted in that your customer-support and after-sales service is a key part of your business-not an afterthought! Indeed, you certainly have delivered as promised. The support that I have received from Glenn & Kim whilst installing and getting to grips with the product has been brilliant and the speed with which my queries have been dealt with is phenomenal. Kim’s in-depth knowledge of the software and patience is invaluable. I still have a lot to learn about the system's capabilities but with the range of customer support available to me this is something that I look forward to and do not feel daunted by!

Hi all at Key-Data
I just wanted to fire over my thoughts on Key-Data Gold…As your sales team know, I had been looking for several months for a good package that did basically everything! Key-Data gold was always a contender and eventually I decided to go with you.
Although I have only been with you for a couple of weeks, I can honestly say that I am over the moon with it so far. I have just run my first lot of rental payments off since installation and it does do everything that I want in terms of deducting any maintenance charges and our fees etc !!
I am extremely happy and 110% convinced that I have made the right choice - I am now looking forward to training so that I can get to grips with everything else that the product offers.......Your system is the best investment by far that I have made for my business.

CASE STUDY THREE
Prior to installing Key-Data Gold, we had previously used ***** for over a year, and then we used **** for four and half years. We did not find either of our previous property management systems easy to use, and nor were they flexible.
Believe it or not, once we were sent an update by one of our previous providers and the first time we ran it the update procedure crashed...and then the second time it was ran it wiped out our data. We find the Key-Data Gold system very easy to use, very flexible and very powerful and we have not looked back since we installed the system a few years ago.
